Frederick Harry Pitts is Lecturer in Management and Faculty Research Group Lead for Perspectives on Work at the University of Bristol, and author of Critiquing Capitalism Today: New Ways to Read Marx (Palgrave). Interrogating the futures of work through a critique of how changes in the workplace are understood in thought and practice, his empirical work considers the conditions that make possible the ongoing measurement, management and contestation of labour and value in the creative industries.
